 Life Vest Inside is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, passionate, and goal oriented intern to come on board the Life Vest Inside team as a Special Events coordinator. As a member of the team, you will be working closely with the CEO and will be responsible for creating, managing and coordinating Life Vest Inside events. Life Vest Inside believes in team collaboration and that every member of the team has a tremendous amount to offer and should be involved in decision making.

◦ You must have a strong background in social marketing
•Must be able to maintain a relationship with corporate companies
•Must be able to create and market corporate sponsorship packets
•You will be working with the CEO in creating events to promote Life Vest Inside
•Must be a team player and be able to pay attention to detail
•Ability to brainstorm and develop creative ideas
•Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects
•Ability to follow through and handle projects responsibly and keep appropriate staff informed
•Regular and predictable attendance is a non-negotiable requirement of this internship program
•Must be creative, self motivated, and able to move at a fast past environment

• Assist with phone calls and follow up to donors and sponsors of events
•Assist with managing and coordinating volunteers for events
•Create event reports, save-the-date invitations
•Event preparation
•Assist with special "thank you" mailings after events
•Post event updates
About Life Vest Inside: Life Vest Inside is a 501c3 non profit organization dedicated to spreading kindness, empowering people, and building self-esteem and self-value. We aim to engage our audience in a fun filled experience, showing them the potential they have to affect real and positive change in the world.


Interns should be able to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week, for a minimum of 3 months. Internships are unpaid, but spaces are limited. Only hands-on, committed candidates will be considered. We like people who know how to hustle (and if you know how to do the hustle, that's even better).
